Hi has anyone got any experience with airplay and the the 8900 running e2 ?
i can get audio to airplay though iTunes on the mac but looking for a video airplay option i have purchased beamer but just hangs and does not stream to the device has anyone any success in air playing video content from a macbook to the amiko 8900 ?
although i believe to get the cam to start on startup once the cam is activated goto menu and power options and choose restart enigma and it should reboot from then on with the cam already auto starting
I have just installed the lavatronics alien image available from there support forum and it is very good indeed oscam worked straight off and the menu structure is very easily to navigate through
On the lavatronics forum someone asked this of the 8900 and something was mentioned about a monthly fee to incorporate this to other stb's other than the ones already supported

i do not want to run a server on the box and never have my server is a ubuntu based pc server and i have added user to my oscam on my ubuntu server and i want this box to connect through oscam to my oscam server
ok so i copied and pasted what u put above and edited the server name user/password and port etc but still when i start oscam on the box i get nothing :(
I don't think you understand what I want to achieve I don't want to convert a c line I have a server running oscam I have added a user to my oscam users I want to run native oscam on the stb to connect to the oscam server as I read this box runs better running oscam or even mgcamd
which oscam file does that go on nano ? user/service/server ?
that seems to be to durn oscam server from the box i do not wish to run a server from the box but just to connect to an oscan server for instance if i run a oscan ubuntu server with
1234.dyndns.tv
port - 123456
username - 1234
password - 1234
how would i connect to this server with oscam on the amiko stb ?
p.s on a openbox or drerambox i would usually just insert an N line to cccam.cfg to connect to the oscam server like so
N: 1234.dyndns.tv 123456 1234 1234 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

Hi Nano thanks for your response but the server is mine and it is smooth on cccam on any box i run on cccam, I also run Oscam along side my ubuntu server.
I did buy this box for iptv functions but seems that was a naive decision as ipyv goes ha but a bit of reading and roaming around the internet it seems this box runs smoother on oscam rather than CCcam i have got it running ton both spark and e2 on CCcam but after 20 mins of viewing it judders and pixelates and it it not the server i think its its more the like you say modified version of CCcam so on mu server running CCcam and Oscam i have added myself a N line i am just not sure how to allow this box to access my oscam server.
anymore help is much appreciated
And for all the skeptics out there its not a pay server not am i trying to capture sales nor advertise any form or pay server so please don't close this thread as i really could do with some help

Hi all I have an amiko shd 8900 and running the buss e2 image along side spark in the e2 image can anyone help me get it running via oscam I have an N line I can use but not sure where to put it in the e2 files? I have the oscam emu installed already just need to know where to enter the server details thanks
p.s cccam works but often get a few freezes so want to try out oscam
I don't mind paying just wondering if it deffo works and if anyone had any experience with it is there any free ones I can try with any type of content ? tbh the prices are very reasonable for the channels they provide as long as they run ok
also anyone any advice for best images I just have the stock spark image on it at the moment but it did come with 28.2 ready configured with a lis of favs just had to install the cccam emu and insert a cccam.cfg
so any images I should go for e2/spark etc

Hi all can anyone advise me on the siptv feature of this set top box I bought the box today and got cccam fully running and receiving my channels but I need to configure some sort of siptv I was hoping to get al Jazeera sports and bein sports for the premier league football do I have to subscribe somewhere ?
any help or pointers would be much appreciated thanks.
bricked as it just green light on the front but does not boot to the tv get nothing on the tv i will try suggested method above tomorrow and report back
Hi i tried to reflash a VU+ solo hd but it seemed to take ages like 30 minutes so powered it off removed the usb stick and now the box fails to boot !
i have tried flashing through serial and network but get a error is there anything else i can try p.s i was using a serial 2 usb adaptor when trying via serial.
