Still not getting detected this BBS tool as "Broadcom Test Adapter" in win-8 PC... always its detected as "Techinsat device" under device manager with warning symbol...

But this is not happening with my win-7 PC....

1) In my windows-8 PC BBS tool wont detect. But its working fine with windows-7 PC.
2) After that i asked this to Broadcom, they gave BcmUSB.zip file, it contains "BcmUSB.inf", "BcmUsb.spt" & "BcmUSB.sys"... i dont know how to use this to install...?

can anyone plz help me on this..?

1) After i installed BroadCom Studio3, if i insert my BBS USB tool in my windows-8 64bit PC means it wont detect. But the same is working fine with windows-7 64bit PC. In win-7 PC after installed BBSStudio s/w automatically installed the
"Broadcom Test Adapter" & detected the same. But in win-8 PC its not installed & detected.

2) so, I raised this issue to Broadcom i.e., BBS tool not detecting in Windows 8 64 bit PC. After that they gave 1 BcmUSB.zip file, it contains only "BcmUSB.inf", "BcmUsb.spt" & "BcmUSB.sys"... how to install this on my windows-8 PC..?

How to install After extracting the compressed file that is installer in the follow order.

BBS

1. Install Framework 4
2. Install BroadCom Studio3
3. Install BCM97325 [ Do not use setup install file ] [ VU+ SOLO ]
4. Install BCM97335 [ Do not use setup install file ] [ VU+ DUO ]
5. Install BCM97413 [ Do not use setup install file ] [ VU+ UNO/ULTIMO ]
6. Bcm USB [ Use USB Driver update ]

How to run

1. Broadband Studio 3 runs
2. Select Menu => View => devices => BCM97325 [ VU+ SOLO ]
3. Select Menu => View => devices => BCM97335 [ VU+ DUO ]
4. Select Menu => View => devices => BCM97413 [ VU+ UNO/ULTIMO ]

3. After turning on the STB, you can see the message 'Connected'
4. Select Flash Explorer
5. Select the Type ' K9F1G08U0A '
6. Select refresh
7. Select the update file in Browser
8. Select start

How to connect BBS

Connect the BBS as shown below

1. VU+ DUO

2. VU+ SOLO

3. VU+ UNO

4. VU+ ULTIMO
