I flashed commando 14.7 onto my dm500 ok nice image like me old dbox anyway problem is that when I want to set up location choose my region NW
after the online update it then starts to do as it should scan channels etc etc then want to set auto boutiques comes back with 1 error (prime time not there also *** premier ) then says restoring original boutiques (London not what I want ) then goes in to reboot comes back and says no channels found please scan

right so av I done something wrong

even though it says net work not ok should I still be able to download add onns coz I can strange

Done that MG but it still comes back with network not set up

Ok done what was said and it has come back with ip which I assigned to my dm800 and even then when I do test network it still came back network set up not ok

and dm800 isn't plugged in so no conflict

K .MG on it now man

when I go to test network on my DM500 it comes ban network not set up
I can connect to DCC that's not a problem
here is what I have

DCHP un ticked

IP 192.168.1.** (red dot)
Net mask 255.255.255.0 (red dot )

name server 192.168.1.1 (green dot )
Gateway 192.168.1.1 (green got )

network gateway TICKED
web interface port 16001

network set up is not ok

im wandering if this is what is stopping me from internal share

Can you tell me if this right I want share internal in my house so am I right with this Cline

DM500 server IP of box C: 192.168.**.** port 13**** user name (what ever I want it to be ) password ( what ever I want it to be )

Then in my DM800 Client would I put this in for internal share would be F: user (what ever I want it to be ) password ( what ever I want it to be )

External share would it want to be like this in
DM500 server C: my dynds.com (user what ever I want) pass (user what ever I want)

DM800 F: user (what ever I want) pass (user what ever I want)

im wanting to flash a new img on 1 of my dm500

question is
can I do it with web browser if so any tuts
I have old PC with null modem lead and I think I need dream up if I cant do it in web browser is this correct
any 1 recommend a good stable Img
