have Icam support compiled?

Oscam DVB-API needs very complicated priority list for some CAID with multiple sids.
This is not working good when you connect to a server, all Oscam DVB-API clients got very high ECM level, because the ask many wrong sids.

Maybe the user, password and deskey does not match with your Oscam config?

For me this setting work well:

in profile 0963:
<max-cw-wait>700ms</max-cw-wait>

in cache setting:

<cw-max-age>900ms</cw-max-age>
<max-cache-wait>40%</max-cache-wait>
<sync-period>35ms</sync-period>

This are settings for multiple profile CSP!. 0963 will not freeze and the 1702 is still usable :)

Max cache wait (OF) is than: "Max-cache-wait: 280 ms".
When you get lower ïn the profile parameter "<max-cw-wait>700ms</max-cw-wait>" you got
the NE flag and picture will freeze again.

I have CSP with local Newcamd connectors and only MGcamd clients. The connectors are dedicated seca3 and N*D*S newcamd readers (UK/IT). This setup never freeze!.

Have tested some CWS connectors en N lines from other CSP server. This connections allways freeze.
Is it an good idee to connect many CWS connectors and N lines from other CSP ore Multics servers and cluster it together?

Have done other test with two CSP connected trough remote cache, first with newcamd reader, second only have remote cache and one client. First CSP is decoding one channel all the time, the second CSP only have remote cache and decoding with "R" flag. After sometime the channel freeze with NE wile the first CSP is still decoding.

For me it worked.

I had the same message in events list.
When I opent "cluster file" and put the cursor behind the lines, there was in most cases a space.
After removing those spaces the error message disapears.

CWS_INCOMING_PORT = 21000

This is the old Newcamd camdcmd service port.

You need to portforward TCP port 21000, than you can monitor and restart MGcamd with the tool Camcmd.
