At first you need to enable debug logs in the E2iPlayer configuration.
Almost last option on the list "Debug logs" change it to "yes, to file /hdd/iptv.dbg"
Then reproduce the problem and provide file /hdd/iptv.dbg
There could be problem with signature extraction algorithm because the player in such algorithm is different in each country.
Please provide debug logs to investigate this problem.

In version "2018.10.07.05" I added this alternative domain option to icefilms.
You need to set proxy to none to show this option.
By default E2iPlayer tried 'http://www.icefilms.info/' then 'https://icefilms.unblocked.at/'

Before adding new option please provide more information about your main problem.
Filesystem on your hdd is corrupted and need repair.
You can search for this error returned by the system "Errno 135 - Structure needs cleaning",

You should use hdd formatted with ext4 filesystem If you do not want to have such problems in the future.

At first are you sure that you have such directory? The most common problem is that the folder set in the E2iPlayer configuration as cache folder does not exists at all.

What? I was not wrote about setting I wore about Set/Change active movie player under blue button.
I do not see sens to add another option to configuration. Because these options are only take in account when you will select movie player as "auto" under blue button.

Actvie movie player and it mode can be selected per host. Go to host you want and press blue button "Set/Change active movie player".
If you select exteplayer3 with buffering then you will have buffering (progress download) on the hdd/pendrive strorage.
