Hi guy's bought a Amiko mini combo currently got my sly and vm running on it aslo got a kryptviex a780 which is working fine with all channels via my vm my problem is not receiving any $ channels on the Amiko ?? All free view channels are working my box never came with a gift card this maybe the issue or is it something
