Wth the original skin the problem does not exist with oscaminfo

I have an Vu+ Ultimo4k and openatv 7.3.
I tried reinstalling the image but it still crashes.

I have an Ultimate 4K decoder with OpenATV 7.3 image.
when I go to an encrypted channel enigma2 crashes.
This doesn't happen with the skin revolution pro.
I tried with oscam and ncam.
