i have two dm500 boxes both have this image on, one works fine and dandy, i flashed the other box with the working backup but for some reason the second box wont pick up any of the terrestrial channels, i live in the north west of England so i set my location correctly (as i did on my working box) if i do a service scan all i seem to pick up for the BBC channels are BBC two NI/ BBC wales as a working BBC two channels (my other box has BBC two England). all of my terrestrial channels have and error unavailable apart from Granada (ITV) i can get some of the sat channels but the majority say "error channel not available". I've got a feeling that the tuner may be screwed or the box is looking at the wrong sat? as i have even tried to flash this second box with a clean image (not backup) and i still get the same error. any idea's???

Granada - working
Channel 4 - working
Channel 5 - working
s*y 1 - working
etc...
NON WORKING BOX
BBC one northwest - error channel unavailable
BBC two England - error channel unavailable
Granada - working
Channel 4 - channel unavailable
Channel 5 - channel unavailable
S*y 1 - channel unavailable
etc...
it cant be a problem with the sat itself because i have a working box that uses the same sat and thats all good
