What is the difference between installing kodi on flash instead of sdcard?
Is there a space issue, performance?
I have an 8gb sdcard in it and don't intend to run any apps on it just kodi

Thanks Dyna, adding the text to the ignore.list file has made my solo2 more stable, though i have no idea what it is doing. Can u please explain what it is doing or point me in the right direction, tried to search for info on ignore.list and priority.list but info pretty vague.

I have TSMedia 7.5 installed on my Azbox Premium HD box with OpenATV 4.1. The movies play fine but the audio is terrible, its very stuttery. I have read u need to turn on AAC downmix in A/V settings but I dont have that option only AC3 downmix which doesnt make any difference.
Is there a way of adding this option or some other module i can install to fix this.
I am very limited now on which images i can install on the azbox and OpenATV seems to be the most upto date one around.
Any help would be appreciated.

Looking to split my cable that feeds my VM superhub so I can plug a cable into my cable tuner. Could anyone recommend a good splitter, don't want to buy a £2 splitter from eBay to find it destroys my signal.

I am having intermittent problems with my sat tuner in my Premium box. Getting a message box saying "tuner failed". I have searched google for an explanation and all the answers seem to point to a faulty tuner. Does anyone know where i can buy a new sat tuner or suggest any other solution. The signal will be at 88% then the picture will freeze and signal will be 0%.
I am running RTI Core 1.6.

Hi All,
What is the most stable firmware on the Azbox Premium? I am running rti 1.6 just now but when i change to an HD channel on 28E i get no picture, just sound. To get it to work i have to go up a channel and then back to HD channel for the picture to work. I can record an HD channel but when i try and watch it the cogs on me ever 10-15mins. I have to stop playback and resume it to continue watching.
Are there any older versions of E2 that dont have these problems?

When i try and load the channel list into dreamboxedit it says there is no services file in directory and that i must download all the necessary files from the box. I did that, loaded up the channel list, transferred it but and it appeared on box as channel 3855.

another way to sort it is to rename 3855 to your chosen channel then save and double click on the name and save it in the options then send the channels by ftp

Still cant get it to work. Tried what you said but no luck. Im new to dreamboxedit. What are the flags for. The channel i am trying to rename has a KP flag on it. Not sure if that has any relevance to my problem.

unfortunately that one has to be renamed using dream edit save the settings on dream edit then ftp it to your az box mate

I used dreamedit to change the name of STV HD to ITV 1 Scotland HD but i still shows on azbox as channel 3855. I downloaded the files back from the box to see if the name had changed but it hadnt. It was listed as ITV 1 Scotland HD. Cant figure out what is causing it as i have changed all the slysports HD1 to HD4 channel names to slysports 1HD and so on and they appear correctly on the box.

Hi,
I have downloaded the new catseyes channel list. I have removed all the sats except for sly uk as its the only one i have just now. There is a channel in the list called STV HD. I want to change the name but when i do and upload the list to my Azbox Premium the channel is listed as 3855 which is its ID no. I am using dreamset 2.35 x64 version.
