red card , they have only just been added to the package , left card in receiver then they popped on .. yet the entitlements when put card in still say 19 (like they did before I added them to the package). oscam r9362 using a raspberry pi

hello does this need to be a certain version of oscam , my sports are clearing yet movies are not ad I have box key etc added . I have a sd receiver and the channels open in the receiver , also cant get updates of entsunless put in the receiver
