Thanks for helping out. In reality I don't really need it as I have all the categories. It's only because I had it when using sly and got used to it.

I am using the Wooshbuild. Main reason for using this was it was easy enough to install and can use the sly skin. Seems that I won't be able to do this then. Not a huge deal I will just manually work it out.

Oh I don't know. I appreciate you trying to help. I have got channel numbers on infobar. Where is the setting so when I press the EPG button and see the guide I would like to see the channel number on that. I have a Harmony remote which is why I want to program favourites.

Yes but I would like it to display on the info bar and the epg. Can I not get it to display to the left hand side of the channel name?

Sorry I thought I had it. It still isn't displaying the numbers on the EPG. I have downloaded the Rytec XML and just can't see alternative numbering mode.

Sorry if this is a silly question but how do I get ABM to create channel numbers next to each channel. Is there a setting that I have just completely missed? At the moment all I am getting is the channel name.

Thanks for your response master G. I don't really have a budget. I started off with the Skybox then moved onto the Vu Zero. I am constantly learning about the software and images and am ready for the next box. I am selling Apple TV, Vu Zero so will have a bit extra towards a new box. Maybe £300+ if I am paying for something that is actually worth it.

Right now I have Oscam running fine on my box but want to get something to see if I can receive cable currently. If it doesn't work and the line isn't coming into my flat then I will be getting a broadband line in April with VM so I can then use that.

Please correct my if I have been misled and this isn't possible.

Hopefully you will be able to help me.

I currently live in a flat and have TT internet. There was a sat feed into the flat when I moved in so was able to plug my Vu Zero box in and get sly working without any issues. Now my TT is coming to an end and with all the issues there are with them at the moment I have decided to leave them.

My new thought is getting cable. At the moment I don't know if it has been setup previously within the flat so not sure whether I can get it already. My question is shall I get the VU+ Turbo USB Tuner DVB-C/T2 for now or bite the bullet and get a new box. I am not overly fussed about recording but would be nice to be able to select between Sly and Virmin.

I also have an Apple TV 4 which I use for Kodi. Right now I am considering getting rid of that and having the one box that can do everything. How does everyone in the UK get their catchup services? I have a smart TV which I can get a few through.

Please let me know your thoughts. Would be interested to hear what setup everyone has.

Hi all,

I have had my Vu zero for over a year now and have got to grips with the basics with a few extras with it. I currently have a satellite feed as that is the only connection the zero has now it's time to upgrade.

I am moving to cable and want to stick with the Vu+. Please can someone help me on the different with all the boxes. Ideally I would like to be able to record and watch a different channel at the same time, use both satellite and cable connections on the box too. How do I set it up so I can use both connections.

Hopefully someone can help to get the ball rolling.

I have got the Autobouquets E2 for 28.2E plugin. Version date 13th November 2014. I have selected SD Bouquet Channel List, yes to extra channels and bouquet channel sort HD first. Let me know if that helps at all.

Thats why I asked in a new thread. I really like using this plugin just asking if its possible for creator to just add the extra channels :)

I use this plugin because I like that you number them accord to Sly. I have noticed however that some of the working HD sports channels are missing such as BT Sport. Please could you add these if possible on the next update.
