    hey guys,

Been looking about trying to see if this can be done.

My setup is vu+ duo with blackhole 1.7.3 and am trying to set the epg button to bring up multi epg as appose to what the program thats is about.

They shoulda put an info button on the vu+ remotes lol

    cheers

I chose team red based on being told of it stability as the box isnt going to be with me so needed a stable image.

I would advise on getting comfortable with team red image then start changing images otherwise you may get stuck.

heres a very basic guide for the above box

I have done this quickly and off memory so any mistakes please feel free to correct and re-upload

    Get Team Red image
    ( Team RED E2 Image 17.02.2012 HD800 SE )

Open the rar file you have just downloaded - You will see 2 other rar files named - PreFlash and Finish.

First double click to Preflash and extract the 2 files straight to a clean USB pen then with the gigablue switched off connect usb pen to box and power on the box and wait until its flashing has finished this one usually take a few seconds.

Switch box off and removed usb pen connect to computer and delete preflash files off the pen and unrar the 3 files inside the FINISH folder to USB pen and same as above with the gigablue switched off connect usb pen to box and power on the box and wait until its flashing has finished only this time it'll take a few minutes it will reboot itself.

when you switching it off at the back of box... are switching it off and then back on right away or giving it about a minute and then switching it back on?

I found that if I switch box off and on too quickly it gets stuck on starting....

Thats the only bother I had with it being stuck on starting....
