according to official VU+ website "HW error" on the display of a Solo2 only happen´s on CLONE boxes, maybe it was sold to him as genuine, but was in fact a clone. If Genuine the only advice offered is return it to VU+ or the dealer it was bought from. I´ve not had this error myself but would suggest trying to reflash with VU+ solo2 Blackhole 2.0.9.1 Clone safe
ok when you try to put new image and switch on wat message in front panel?
i think is connected to another device ?? go to menu ,setup,sys , network check the ip box if is the same . or try fizela ?? or reflash your box with clean image , if you have hdd or usb remove or initialise . maybe thats solted your prob ????
hi do you have hdd internal or usb connected if yes remove it and try again to put new image
