Are you using vti or dreambox
Looks like when I compressed some of the images recently using tinypng online.
Its messed some of them up
I might just revert them all back to the uncompressed version from a few releases ago

fixed a few images that had converted to index colour

for those wanting a fhd version or other size version.
I have a little windows software that upscales or downscales skins.
Really simple to use. Just copy the skin files locally to your computer. Point my software at the folder then select the output size.
Sometimes its just best to start again, rather than trying and find the reason for the conflict.

delete this file
/etc/enigma2/jediplaylists/playlist_all_new.json
delete any epg importer files
/etc/epgimport/jedimakerxtream*
delete jedimakerxtream from bouquet files
/etc/enigma2/bouquets.tv delete all lines that have jedimakerxtream in them
/etc/enigma2/ in this directory delete any file that has jedimakerxtream in the file name
Reboot gui.
then rerun jedi. Do exactly like you did last time. And see where we are at

Rytec sources should cover most of the satellite channels.

there is a line in getBouquets of what bouquets I ignore
if "userbouquet.abm" in line or "#SERVICE 1:519" in line or "userbouquet.favourites" in line or "userbouquet.LastScanned.tv" in line or "_vod_" in line or "_series_" in line:
edit that if you want to pick up satellite channels too.

Automated the process now, of whether epg importer is required or not.
Now epgimporter only populates if your provider uses custom sid epg satellite references. Most don't.
Which means I have now also removed the new option in playlist settings. As its no longer required to be a manual selection.
You can delete all xstreamity epgimporter files if you wish. The will be re-made if now required.

It seems these boxes usb ports are quite sensitive. You may have to try a variety of usb sticks
Format fat32
Do a full format and not a quick format.
There is a usb 3 port at the rear of your box
Use a well known branded usb stick. Avoid using cheap ebay usb sticks.
And what image are you using. Have you not got a flash online option

This problem pops up now and again. Nobody has ever really found the answer or what causes it
It could my a multiboot image issue
It could be a memory issue.
Your box could be weirdly caching the entire etc folder and reloading it on a reboot. (possible if using a multiboot setup)
Some people have mentioned that gutemines software deletes or blocks other peoples plugins.
You can try adding your iptv, then rebooting your gui. Before you ever do a full reboot.
Also in main settings there is an option to save the playlists.txt file location.
Just change it to somewhere other than your /etc/enigma2 folder.
i.e external media like your usb

what we have got today...
button 0 in streamplayer now refreshes the stream i.e. if its frozen on live - quite useful actually
(i have tried multiple ways of trying to automate this, even trying some of oottppxx quarterpound code. It still isn't working to my satisfaction. 0 is easier and simple)
and as epg importer gets confused if sources are named exactly name from different plugins. I have added in the option to turn off epg importer in playlist settings.

I would recommend deleting all xstreamity epg importer files first. Start a fresh.
Compressed some images saving a 1mb. I have not compressed the backgrounds because I like the clarity of them.
