hmmm, a skin error your box normal counts up to 49 before freezing.

You don't have to reinstall an image because of a skin error

You can just delete the skin files and reboot and it will load default skin.

If you look at your last log, it might also tell you the reason why something isn't working.

first delete this file in case its got its knickers in a twist.

you need to either place the playlist url like shown below - (not a script code)

or you need to manual input via the plugin

if you have done all that and its still not working, then your only option is the m3u route which you have done. But you will have to refresh that once in a while.

(or just ask your provider that you want to use it in VLC player and to give you the playlist URL - if they refuse, use someone else ;) )

But you dont need mac to m3u if you can get your details by other means like above

Are you saying you have tried this with xtream tv plugin or just talking general iptv with one of my plugins.
And you are able to get the relevant info from xtream tv to get a provider url and possibly username and password

erm... i never used xtreamtv plugin. (so i don't know where it hides these details)

Do you know how to use openwebif.

i.e typing your sat boxes ip address into a windows browser.

for example

192.168.1.110

Play a channel with xtreamtv

then open openwebif in a browser,

go to television tab on the left

then current tab at the top.

The info there, should tell you the address of the stream being played, and from there you might be able to get you domain,port, username and password

for mac to m3u you need your domain then add /c/

i.e

http://domain.xyz:8080/c/

if you can get a username and password from mac to m3u

then your line is

domain.xyz:8080/get.php?username=user&password=pass&type=m3u&output=ts

have you installed the correct movie planner mod. There are 2, one for openatv and one for openvix

i do not skin enhanced movie center.

If you using enhanced movie center you need to disable it in plugins.

A few things you can try.

try a differnet output for your url line

output=ts

or

output=m3u8

Jedi - change the global timeout in main settings

Xstreamity - experiment with the stream types in main settings. Try turning off Preview live streams in tv.

xstreamity - experiment with stream type in playlist settings (yellow button) - or quickly change to different stream type with remote TV button when watching a live stream

God there is some slow servers around if 10 seconds isn't enough.

I will update the post on post 1 with a timeout of 20. But I am not increasing the version number
