I cannot select the 'empty' channels, even typing the numbers of the channels doesn't select them.

I've just setup a dualboot with another image and the same settings. the other image doesn't have these 'empty' spaces so it looks like a bug in the pure2 image.

Not a problem if it can't be fixed, was just trying to tidy up the channel list

i tried a re scan but doesn't change anything. I also deleted all bouquets and tried a re scan, still didn't change. I've since updated to 6.3 but still have the same issue

I have a zgemma h7s running pure2 6.2 and a zgemma h2s running pure2 6.3 (fresh install today). when pressing up or down to see the channel list, there are gaps. this has started happening about a week ago. I have attached a pic. Does anyone know how to fix this please. it was suggested to enable 'hide number markers' but it doesn't seem to work.

thanks for the advise. unfortunately i'm still getting 'no valid links' when selecting a programme to watch in e2iplayer. the live channels work within bbc iplayer, just not the catchup. could it be something to do with needing a login for bbc? i cant find where to input my login details

also tried kodilite, getting error on bbc iplayer

itv player seems to be working in e2iplayer at the moment

Loving the pure2 image on my h7s. Have noticed that the clock on the front display freezes when recording starts and unfreezes when a recording has finished. Is there a setting somewhere or is this a bug?

Does anyone know how to update the BBC and ITV players within e2iplayer? Keep getting no valid links despite update to the latest version. I'm guessing it has something to do with needing an account with bbc/ITV but there's nowhere to enter credentials. I'm aware that's there's no official support anymore. I've also seen a comment made by samsamsam on Facebook stating there is a fix but it's private.
