It seem the image is unable to locate oscam binary file "oscam".
Did you installed oscam from the image online server and then replaced the files with the provided one.
If not then read the procedure again and follow the steps.
I can see the picture but I dont hear the audio for the many HD channels:

My keys are the problem or something with the emu software?
Maybe try this file.
IT WORKS now :) it was a very silly mistake, i used filezilla which has default AUTO transfer and it could not identify that oscam is a binary. I set it to binary transfer manually and now it works perfectly. I use this attached oscam, no problem, I just need to find out how to use it for emu.
Very sorry, I did not notice the files given to me were self extracting gzip archives. Here are the extracted binaries.
thanks for the effort but still no luck on my DM800HD se, I tried both but I can not run the binaries
root@dm800se:/media/hdd/test# mv oscam oscam2
root@dm800se:/media/hdd/test# chmod 755 oscam2

not at all, I am running only linux machines. I just tried to run oscam inside the DM800SE and thats the result. If I open the oscam it starts with /bin/sh
Any idea what causing this, now I am testing on openpli4
looks like issue with the image
root@dm800se:/usr/bin# ls -la oscam
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 760983 Nov 8 16:11 oscam
root@dm800se:/usr/bin# oscam
-sh: oscam: not found
root@dm800se:/usr/bin# ./oscam
-sh: ./oscam: not found
Display MoreYes, still some problems with multiple audio tracks on some channels - it is being worked on.

That is a problem with a script. Are you using a script to start oscam? Did you edit the script on a windows machine?
Latest versions:
/bin/sh^M: bad interpreter:
on the latest openATV on DM800se for both oe2.0 and Pli
I wanted to try this, with the todays released openpli4 for DM800SE, however i can not start the oscam, i am getting this:
root@dm800se:/usr/bin# ls -la oscam
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 1584203 Nov 7 20:24 oscam
root@dm800se:/usr/bin# oscam
oscam: error while loading shared libraries: r: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
root@dm800se:/usr/bin# ./oscam
./oscam: error while loading shared libraries: r: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
root@dm800se:/usr/bin#
any idea how to fix it?
can you please let me know the date of your image as maybe the image is the problem that i downloaded from here:
http://openpli.org/download/dreambox/dm800se/
if I reflash the box, the default oscam works again, but when i want to use a different oscam i get the above.
Display MoreMates,
At last, Oscam Emu now support opening of PowerVu channels in Enigma2 (without Stream Relay method). Now you just have to copy oscam emu bin file and config files along with keys in the Softcam file to respective folders in Enigma2 of your Dreambox receiver and then you are ready to go to watch PowerVu channels (without any need to create IPTV bouquet as in the old “Stream Relay” method).
How to:
1. Install Oscam from online server of your installed image.
2. Download “Oscam Emu Patched” package from the provided link.
3. Extract files from the rar package and by using any ftp utility (like DCC or Filezilla) copy and replace files in the respective folders in Enigma2 image.
Oscam Emu Patched v11086 for Dreambox DM800HD/DM800HD SE OE2.0 Enigma2 Images:
Download attached file.
File Paths:
oscam: /usr/bin
oscam config files: /etc/tuxbox/config/oscam

• Keys included in softcam file are only for Asisat 7 (105.5 East) powervu channels. For other channels, add your keys in the softcam file as per format.

what a pity, my several years old Golden Interstar GI-S 801 FTA Xpeed knows this with the factory firmware....
Agree with the reasons not to add such a feature but maybe these lot already have although i do not have the image running at the moment to check.
The above sounds like what you are looking to do belmont?
well, maybe with the VTI i can hide those installation specific menus. I have never used VTI, but if it works like this, I think I will change.
The weakness of the Black Hole is that a user can play around with it even with the Black Hole, basic universe. I am a unix guy, i would like to add more security.
okay guys i know these above, but I am asking how to password protect the receiver installation menu, for eg, changing languages, Sat and search functions. I want to use the box in a guest house and i dont want my guests play around with its settings.
I am trying to find out how to passcode protect the setup on Black Hole 2.0.4.
I created a parental code but this is still allowing me to enter the setup , services, system, etc.
Is the passcode protection on settings working on Black Hole 2.0.4 ? Thanks
