I have another question. How do I prevent my card being blocked by the provider? From what I have read it is something to do with EMM's is that correct

Hi,

I have a VU+ Solo2. The system came with Virtuosso Image Xtreme and I am trying to get it connect to HotBird 13E.

I am new to this and I am hoping someone will be able to help me please. I have managed to get the FTV channels working but I don't know how to configure a softcam to read my card in the card slot.

Please can someoe point me in the right direction.
