Hi - I'm hoping someone can help. My subscription channels freeze about 5-10 seconds after launching them. I've tried some different line details to see if that helps, but I get the same issue.
I'm on a wetek play and I've been using the same image for a Couple of months with very few issues. I haven't changed anything (that I'm aware of) to cause this freezing.
Starting and stopping oscam doesn't sort the issue.
I've also rebooted both the wetek and the router multiple times to no avail.

Hi - I've just installed this backup on my wetek play. I started afresh with a clean IMG of openelec 6.0.0, then ran the backup. Managed to enable the pvr client etc...all seemed OK, but when I launch a channel, the picture is there, but the sound is a harsh 'CD skipping' type sound? Any ideas what could be wrong? Also, tvheadend webif shows all the channels. But they don't all show on the TV section in openelec. I'm doing this on an SD card if that matters.

Edit: just tried a video from Phoenix add-on and it gives the same sound problem.

Edit2: clicked system setting>audio output>reset above settings to default and that's sorted the sound. I could still do to know about the channel lists though
and how to get them organised in bouquets.

And now all of the channels are appearing in groups - I've not a clue how it happened, but its all good :)

My testing isn't that scientific I guess. And To be honest I've not really checked how the TV is playing when I'm streaming to another device - I'll check it out though tonight. Someone talked me through setting up remote access, it was pretty easy, and means that I can stream from anywhere pretty much.

Are you doing this over your home network? Weirdly I've found streaming to another device better when connecting to my public IP address over the internet rather than connecting over LAN.

Haven't tried another openatv one yet. I've got a couple of Pbnigma backups now that I'm quite happy with, so I can keep tinkering safe in the knowledge that I've got an image instantly ready to go in the event of a crash after trying to install a skin or something.

Hi - im quite a noob so I'll apologise in advance if any of my terminology is wrong or if what i am asking seems basic.

On my Wetek play (satellite) I've flashed an SD card with an Openatv .img, scanned my channels and all seems to be running fine.
I have also ftp'd a new oscam.server file to the relevant folder. This allows me to watch all my sub channels, but only for a while as it invariably freezes after a few minutes.
Restarting Oscam doesn't fix it, only restarting the box sorts it out - until the next freeze a short while later.

I've used the same oscam.server file as i use on my pbnigma image and that doesn't freeze.

If anyone has any idea how to resolve this and can help i'd be most grateful.
