I will try this plugin once I have received the iptv details from my provider.

I got the iptv server working but it kept buffering.

Where/how did you find your provider?

    Are they on here?

Did you take out 6 months or 12 months¿?

Ask your provider why it is buffering....

Why did you hijack somebody else´s thread¿?

First of all,,impatience will get you no further than where you were in the first place....

if nobody replies, it might well be that they don´t understand your query, they are not interested, they don´t know...

Now, let´s take it from the top:

Basically depends on which satellite , transponder frequency ,H or V, your geographic location you are trying from to which type dish, LNB, cable, connections, tuner type and a very long etcetera.....

Apart from all that ,,,maybe if you clarified the above factors that you have and are trying to get,

we could take it from there....

Yes bud, you can install any E2 image but make sure the image version is for the DUO ( original not a clonebox)

and not DUO2 or any other box ( which is quite a common mistake)

Best thing before going near/downloading is to read up about what/which you need.

Make a FULL BACKUP of your present setup.( if things go wrong, you simply reinstall your backup)

If youre using CCcam then make a backup of your personal CCcam configuration.

All the guides/tutorials are in the VU+ HOW TO subforum

linux support plugins always gives not connected to internet,

You were probably still using an older version.

I have linked you to the v1.5 in the previous post.

do i FTP the file or put it on usb

    The image installs via USB.

Please read the VU+ HOW TO section for further info.

The panel IPK is FTP to var/volatile/tmp TRY:

    then TELNET command :

    opkg install -force-overwrite /tmp/*.ipk

If that doesnt work try this command:

    opkg install /tmp/*.ipk

If youre nmot sure about using TELNET

    then follow this for BH:

When you have done that press the green button on your remote then press
the yellow one... you will see a option for install local extension.
Highlight that option with your remote and press ok, you will then see
the ipk file you sent over to the box. Install the ipk file and then do a
restart of the box. Linuxsat Panel will now be installed.

Could I ask users to please post in the relevant section otherwise it causes chaos and headaches.

I have moved this thread to AA3 support subforum

    Thanks

Best would be to set one up yourself to your liking.

You get to choose everything from your fav image to essential/ fav plugins,etc..

    Simple how to do it:

Make a copy of your personal configurations: whichever CAM youre using ,etc...

Choose which image suits you best.

    Download/install our Addons panel.

    enigma2-plugin-extensions-linuxsat-panel_1.5_all.ipk

    Full restart the box.

Now choose your fav channel settings, CAM, plugins from the panel.

    Add your personal configuration(s)

The box usually requires a restart after adding/modifying anything..

    job done.

Please clarify where you installed kodi ?

    on which device?

Did you download the "app" fom the official kodi site?

Are you sure you´ve got the settings right for your machine¿?

    there are various options:

    video settings

    media settings

    main settings

    personal settings

within these settings there are default parameters...

Depending on which image you use,,

go to tuner configuration -> (in my case OPENPLI on a DUO2) ->scroll to bottom of list-> extra motor options-> YES

    ->horizontal turning speed: 2.3º ps

vertical turning speed : 1.7º ps

    turning step size. 0.360º

    worth a look bud...

This is just one example of weekly detentions/closures, most aren´t even made public anymore as it´s old news..

The whole Iberian peninsula is rampant of these "offers" and "invitations"...

( milanuncios is the spanish version of gumtree or loot )

next time you travel to any of the islands you will probably notice that solo2 clones are being replaced by mags and open android boxes..

Especially since the astra footprint was reduced in coverage and bandwidth expanded with fibre optic ...
