I have several Enigma 2 receivers in my closet starting from the vu+duo2 passing through the octagon SF 4008 and the vu+ultimo4k ending with the DM-920 and all with different images but at startup level all are 10 times faster in the startup phase .I have only listed a few problems .more than a receiver of the future, it seems like a return to the past to me and I am very sorry that a company like gigablue and its internal development teams are absolutely absent.

1 problem does not tune the channels transmitted in multistream

2 Dvb/t2-me same thing as above

It takes 5 minutes to turn on and start (unlike 20 seconds more or less than dreambox)

3 normal common interface slots and no ci+ when in 2025 everyone uses ci+ (I'm talking at the hardware level and I mean without plug in)

and to think that it features the same FBC tuners that the dm-920 (2017) features

the tuner is soldered onto the motherboard and if you are an electronic that dissolves and resets it otherwise you will not change it if a new turner comes out (the slot is already engaged by the dvb-t2 turner)

I have listed just some of the problems with this machine and I don't see gigablue active to be able to solve them

I bought it because I wanted to retire my Dreambox DM-920 but at the moment the dreambox is still at work while I put it back in the original packaging and closed it in a wardrobe

If I knew he had these problems I definitely wouldn't have even thought about buying him honestly speaking

It would only take an update of the tuner drivers. At the hardware level, it tunes them since it is the same one used in the Dreambox DM-920, namely the BCM4538X.

ho comprato per mandare in pensione il mio DM-920 ma la dreambox è ancora montata mente il gigablue quad 4k pro è tornato all'interno della sua scatola

Problemi principali al momento (a mio parere):

- Non sintonizza i transponder in multistream

- è molto lento all'avvio

- non compatibile con Cam tivùsat ( bisogna installare ciplus helper ) ma con il plug-in si blocca spesso

- Con il cam canalplus austria peggio che peggio

- Il difetto hardware è che il sintonizzatore satellitare non è di tipo plug-in ma è saldato alla scheda madre quindi difficilmente sostituibile

Personalmente oggi lo sconsiglio. I tecnici Gigablue non mi vogliono ma attualmente per quello che costa non ne vale la pena

È scritto che il Gigablue UHD Quad 4 Pro riceve segnali sia in s2x che in multistream . Poi ripeto che il problema è un driver o un blocco software questo non posso dirti -Tuner opzionale ?

il sintonizzatore è saldato sulla scheda madre vedo difficile sostituirlo se non si dispone dell'attrezzatura giusta se si dice di metterlo nello slot vuoto poco fattibile in quanto serve ad altri sintonizzatori a meno che non facciano un trio come ha fatto dreambox prima di fare l FBC . Speriamo che risolvano il problema , Ricevitore appena fuori e di fascia alta con questi problemi non ricordare così tanti problemi su una macchina ( se vuoi elencare qualcuno) anche sul leggendario Mediamaster 9500 ( e torniamo indietro di 34 anni )

L'ho preso un mese e mezzo fa , ma se avessi conosciuto tutti questi problemi non so se l'avrei comprato onestamente parlando

My UHD Quad 4K pro mounts the satellite turner 45308X ( vome you can see in the attached photo ) that according to what is written in theory should also receive the signals s2-x . and as always shown in the photo the tuner is the one that used the Dreambox in the Dm920 ( that tunes them without any problem both the multistream and the s2x) . As I said in a previous post no image of those currently around makes me tune the channels broadcast in multistream . I have a problem with this receiver or I do not tune the channels broadcast in multistream mode

I tried all the images currently around, I also downloaded the plug in TS-sat editor 4.0 ( in case there were problems with the xml satellite file), I uploaded the channel lists from my dreambox DM-920 , but nothing does not tune them to me , has no signal . While for those normally broadcast ( also always from the same satellites of those multistream ) I have absolutely no problems, tune them quietly

someone kindly can explain the why and suggest evetuali solutions to be able to tune/ see them?

I have installed geregory the plug-in works and in fact I see all the submenus , but when I go to do a satellite search or by default transponder or that completely manual the problem of not tuning channels multisteram . I also saw that there is the option t2-Mi but also that nothing . The XML file table is correct ( and I checked the data different transponders on different satellites ). excuse me the question about the t2-MI channels made yesterday was poorly formulated or I wanted to know if there was a plug-inin which I tune them as if I were doing a search for a normal transponder ( to give you an octagon style example) I have other receivers Enigma -2 ( a Dm-920 , 2 Vu+ and an octagon sf 4008 ) and the way of the famous folder Astra SM the knowPlease there was a more user-friendly way. How come I do not tune the channels broadcast in multistream ( I tried both with those at 5 west and 9 east but nothing , while those transmitted in normal mode also of the two satellites mentioned before have no problems and are tuned perfectly )

Excellent image compliments and also compatible with tivùsat , a big problem is that it does not tune the transponders in multistream
