    The reason you are getting this message is because your digibox is
    not connected to the UK telephone line. This means you will need to
    download the latest digibox software manually and then email us the
    system details so that we can carry out the rest of the update with
    *** on your behalf.


    *Under NO circumstances should you visit the*website*to enter your
    digibox details.* We will take care of this for you.



    *Instructions*


    * Unplug the power lead from the back of the digibox.
    * Find the BACK UP button on the digibox (not the remote) and press down.
    * Keeping the BACK UP button pressed down, re-insert the power lead.
    * You must keep your finger down on*the button*until the TV screen
    goes black and you get a message with white writing saying the
    download is in progress.
    * Once you see this message you can take your finger off*the button.
    **The download*will take 10 to 15 minutes and the digibox will turn
    off when finished.
    * wait 5 minutes before turning the digibox back on.
