    Where would i find what image, we are using? I am abit reluctant to press this n press that, in fear of wipin the box and been left with nothing.

    Our zgemma box has started to freeze occasionally on hd channels, we have noticed recently that when we change channels the epg shows the channel but alongside it is a green arrow pointing down that flashes, please can anyone advise what the issues may be?
