I'm having a problem with the setup as all the traffic go out but nothing comes in is it possible someone give me some help please?

I can send lines but I don't receive nothing all lines show offline all the time

it looks like it blocks dns so I cant connect to any dns

does anyone have a workaround please????

no my card is sharing by a dm500s allways worked good but a few months back the channels dont clear and i put the card in my sly original box and it works

what i mean is a few mounths back my card stop playing all channels hd and sd and someone told me that was it

oscam gives me this error
