Thank You very much ,Inspiral. I have Sat4Fun dream elite PHOENIX installed (great image) and will do a reflash as suggested.

How can I refresh the existing image on my dm800 clone without doing a new "reflash" . I now have to boot 2/3 times to activate system and I suspect that my image may be compromised.Thank You .

#1 When I try to load any image from my USB flash via MeoBoot,the image appears to load ok but all my chans are showing "0"S/R. I have checked all my settings and they appear OK as per the settings in FLASH. I have Dreamelite Blackhole Phoenix in Flash and Blackhole 166 by RAMI in the external drive.Please advise what could be the problem.
#2 How do you load and configure RQcamd/MDcamd to 'DSM-dm800 t17' on a dm800? It does not give the same optins as per a DM500.This image is also in the USB flash drive.
#3 I am still trying to locate RQcamd 131 bh. IPK packages always seem to give problems on Blackhole images.

Thank You, 'seamouse'.The "n" line allows me to connect with an overseas server that is also being used for the other cambs . Please explain this a little more.

I have CCcam 221 on my dm800hd with blackhole image 166. I am using an "N"line in the confg file. I get freezing after about 4/5 mins of viewing and I have to do a restart to get it going again. I do not get this problem on MGcamd or RQcamd. Can you please explain this?

My /usr/keys directory is blank after flashing blackhole 166/170 on my DM800hd clone.I am using sim201/ssl84 and the latest drivers (02/09/2011) I have not tried any other images so far and this problem started after I tried to flash 170 over 166.I have also followed RAMI's notes on 170 install. Would you please assist,Thanks

Thanks again Banny,but after many attemps I still cannot get MeoBoot loaded. Installing the 800.zip file give an error saying that the system is unable to extract the control file.Is there any other method of flashing the USB?

I have a DM800hd clone with Blackhole image and i am looking at dish 110W,119W and cannot get any EPG. I got EPG on a similar setup on a DM500 with no problem.I have read that the 800 can be "quirky" on some sats. I would welcome your assistance,please.

Greetings from the Carribbean! I hope that I'm not breaking any rules but is there a "best" cam that you would suggest I use for US DISH sats? I am running CCcam 221/Blackhole E2.

Matter resolved. Care must be taken in adding the N line to the cfg file .Host,port,pass,user,keys(space after every two (2) digits in the key file)Thanks you all for your input and assistance .

Thank You,Master G. I have received the file which is identical to mine and I have added the N: server port d/n d/n deskeys with no luck so far.I have tried some other permutations as well.Will continue to search for the "fix".

I have done that and all there is 34 lines of code with no indication as to where the info should go.I have read a lot about C-lines to be added but in my case there is Servername User Pass Port Deskeys to be inputted. I have done a bit of searching with no luck. I am using the DCC E2 instead of the standard DCC.

Thank You all for your help. I have finally got CCcam installed to my DM . I loaded the full CCcam bh tgz package via FTP to the temp folder and then did the green/yellow addons to load the file. It did not work when I unzipped the package. So far ,so good and I now have a CCcam cfg file in my etc folder.. I have an IKS package and would like to know on which line in the cfg file should I add my server information.

I have done that and I can see the cccam file in /temp on dcc display(left side)but I still not seeing the file when i go to manual install IPK(green/yellow) on remote.Am I doing something wrong here or can the image be faulty?When I try to edit the file (using filezilla) and go to the var/etc or just etc ,I d'ont see it either.I see the cccam IPK file just listed along with the others with no cccam cfg to edit. Any more assistance would be welcome.Thanks

I have a dm800hd clone running blackhole 166 ver2 sim2/ssl84. I have done a sat scan on 119W and cannot locate the CCcam.cfg file in var/etc or just the etc folders.I have searched a number of folder location with no luck. I have also downloaded and installed a new CCcam 221 and have installed it into temp folder but when I go to the box and do the blue/yellow addon to install the IPK file ,It's not there. Also when I blue button the remote it only gives me to option to restart the existing CCcam 221.Everything else appears to be ok,I can see all my chans but I wold like your assistance in locating and configuring this file to my private server.Thank You
