I have a Golden Media Spark Reloaded and I'm not able to recover the box.
I tried the rescue firmware (several versions) with no success. I connect thru the RS232 port and I can see the box booting but it stops before the prompt is available.
Can you please help me?

I'm still nt able to boot the box.
I connect to the RS232 port and this is the result:
When i turn on the box the only thing visible is the 00.00 in the display.
I press the OK button but nothing happens...
