- Camd35: Add protection against empty ecms

- Remove the now superfluous dumps that were thrown while processing the commands

4. -Just refactoring due to investigating an issue with CAPMT parsing
5. -More furious refactoring since I still wasnt happy with the resulting code!

With the attached the Plugin extension file, Unzip it & add it with program DCC

to the following path

usr /lib/ engima2 / python / Plugin / extensions

and accepted the exchange

Then restart your Reciver
