I bought a sab unix triple hd spark with enigma 2 pre installed a couple of months ago. I am a complete novice and need help.
I mainly record saorview Ireland channels sometimes two channels on the same mux at the same time which the sab does for me. When I record I mainly use the red button auto timer on epg which is cool multi guide this will match title, exact match, match timespan and only on service which suits me as some of my recordings are on 5 or 6 days of the week. My problem which is becoming more frequent is some recordings are perfect but some show recording but the sound is gone it is not necessarily 2 programmes on at same time that have the issue it could be two recordings on the same channel on one after another it does not happen the whole time but in a week I could have 3 programmes out of 40 that have no sound. I am wondering is there a sound plug in I could down load and if there is how would I go about this I have no idea what site to go to or what actions I would have to take I have a wifi dongle connected to the sab box that does updates on epg but other than that I would need a complete step by step guide for novices.
