Check out oottppxx's other plugins - some really cool stuff he has developed
-
Yes, it's just that some users reported that neither numbers nor FF/RW buttons work, hence the request...
I also tried with that "seek-bar" plugin that is in our feed - but it does not work at all, it's not even showing anywhere...
Strangely, in Kodi one can also press OK to get the info on the screen and then press time to jump to, like 25:55 (using number buttons) and it will jump to that time....
Gorski have you tried oottppxx's Snackbar plugin which invokes the seekbar via a hotkey; works well for me - see https://github.com/oottppxx/enigma2/tree/master/plugins

OpenVix - Just tested for PIA - all working fine mate - very nice

Kodi 18.6 now in PurE2, as well... ;)
Tested this earlier using latest PurE2 image on a HP Twin. I use Real Debrid with KODI. Still crashing a fair bit when you click on links but realise this is experimental at this stage. Been an issue for a while though with a lot of ZGemma boxes, images and KODI

problems with mutant hd51: the circle on left corner poping for no reason, every 15 min, can't even change the channels when is on
can't exit FNC plugin, have to wait 1 minute
I am having same issue. Tried a few of the Mutant HD51 builds from the past couple of weeks. 6.2 version with Kiddac Onyx skin. History zap also lost the ability to show the picon. For 6,3, Kodi will not launch. Been like that for a while.

Thanks - all working great

You just create the bouquets from E2m3u2bouquet with the new M3U URL; the M3U fetch is then proxied through French's, no need for hotkeys or whatever; catchup channels are marked at this time (during M3U fetch), so they should work transparently with E2m3u2bouquet, Jedi, etc...
EPG URL doesn't change.
Thanks for reply. So say you are watching a catchup channel, how do you kick start the catchup screen - I used to create a Hotkey Red button to Heinz but what should we use going forward?
-
oottppxx - Little bit confused as to how this French's plugin works.
Have followed your instructions in the Readme and created the modified m3u url with encoding like you suggested. Also installed the French's plugin. I am using e2m3u2bouquet v0.7.7 and have got the M3URL to work so it populates the bouquets but what do I do with the EPG URL as can not get this to work within e2m3u2bouquet ?
And where does the French's plugin come into play - do I create a hotkey like for the Heinz plugin? i.e. how do I startup Catchup?

Pretty much as Danny said. I am also using PurE2 image on it. Using ServiceApp. KODI works well on it (not working on 6.3 at the moment so use 6.2). Make sure you install Autotimer plugin on Pure2 for series link recording as does not come pre-installed like on OpenATV.

V dependent on your IPTV provider and your internet speed. But yes mine runs very well if you can get the latter sorted
-
Superb performance. One of the best boxes out there.
-
Kiddac - Can confirm your fix works on PurE2 for Onyx - many thanks as always

Some thoughts from me - I also have an H9S. You did not specify if you are trying to Record Sat channels (via a sat dish feed e.g. Free to Air), or IPTV. H9S only has 1 tuner so you would not be able to watch 1 sat channel whilst recording another unless you bought another USB tuner.
Recording IPTV can be done but depends on how many connections your IPTV supplier allows.
You dont need a swap file or CrossEPG.
Timeshift should be easy to setup - just turn it on.
Both timeshift and Recording can take a lot of space so make sure you have enough storage
-
Same as Huester. The original beta releases were a bit flaky but not had any problems in the last month or so with 6.2

Have a ZGemma H2S running OpenATV. Using EPGImport and have autorun on boot set to Enabled. I have 2 sources enabled within EPGImport.
I restart GUI and EPGImport kicks in.
I am getting the error [EPGImport] download failed: [Failure instance: Traceback (failure with no frames): <class 'twisted .internet.error.TimeoutError>: User Timeout caused connection failure. It will then move onto the next import source and work successfully.
If I run this manually, both sources work fine. Anyone got any ideas?

I am using a hybrid enigma2/android box at the moment and to be honest I find the android side of things annoying. I stick to enigma2 most of the time.
If you want to use your android boxes, probably best just to use for iptv, stick perfect player on them and get a couple of descent iptv lines.
Kiddac - which hybrid box are you using if you don't mind me asking?

Hrishu - I have a Mutant HD51 using OpenATV 6.1. I have had the same problems with ABM as you. After much searching, a simple restart of the GUI fixes the issue. No idea why it suddenly loses the tuners (no NIM found) and the ABM configuration but there you go.
Also did this on OpenVIX as well.
