Unfortunately the nano have no RS232, so that you can try to flash the firmware over it.
The best solution is to contact your distributor to send the box to the company , in order to fix the problem

Die Position des gelben Balken muss eventuell für euren TV selbst angepasst werden in der pos.cfg
( /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/SystemPlugins/SkyFanZone/ )
Im Plugin könnt ihr dann:
Pfeiltasten(Steuerkreuz):
links/rechts/hoch/runter
Nummerntasten:
"1"-"9" = entsprechendes Spiel
"0" = Positionen neu einlesen
"rot" = umschalten auf Konferenz 1
"grün" = umschalten auf Konferenz 2, z.b. bei Champions League
"gelb" = umschalten der Tonspur bei Einzelspielen
"blau" = Sender Erkennung neu starten
"ok" = umschalten auf Einzelspiel als Vollbild
"exit" = zurück auf Sky Sport Fanzone HD bzw. Plugin beenden
PS: Der Plugin Ersteller DaEloG
selber macht da nichts mehr und hat aber nichts gegen diverse Weiterentwicklungen.
Die Cursorpositionen 2-9 Spiele müssten jetzt passen. (50 Zoll 4K TV)

Bei Kabelfernsehen muss der Sender Sky Sport Fanzone HD auch da sein, ist nicht in allen Kabelnetzen so.
