is there a how to so i can get this onto my new box..

Do i just download the file and then insert into thew box and update?
or is there a better way of getting onto the box?

Good afternoon, I have recently bought a vu solo2 and i am currently setting up to the best of a matres knowledge.
I am stuck at the moment as i am trying to include TS Media on the box but when i go to TS panel and to Addons, scroll to Linux_support_Addons i get a message saying 'Addons Download Failure, No internet connection or server down'.
I am connected to the internet so is the server down at the minute?
Any help gladly sort Thanks in advance
