If you want something easy and simple then Enigma2 receiver is not the answer. It's something for hobbyists but not for people who just wants nice GUI and stable TV watching.
I wish I'd known this before acquiring an Xtrend ET 8500. All I wanted was a nice GUI and stable TV. Setting up the 8500 properly was a long and exasperating process. I managed it finally and learned a lot in the process which gave me some satisfaction. I'm still a bit scared of it and reluctant to make any more tweaks/changes like installing an IPTV PLAYER. :09:
