Hi again all, I have the Duo up and running...liking it so far. Some help though would be appreciated.
Where can I find a good recent channel list (bouquet?) suitable for UK use?
How do I get my clines into it...cant see a cccam config anywhere on the display...do I need some kind of pc editor or network link?
Also then how to get the EPG working for UK channels.

Thanks in advance guys...great forum :haha:

OK, so I am eagerly awaiting my duo after having it recommended to me by members on here. I have a motorised dish as well as an old sly minidish. Is it ok to connect both? What settings would I have to change such as Usals or whatever for either tuner? I mainly want to watch and record UK programs but still want to view the Euro sats sometimes as well.

Also....what image do users recommend...Blackhole...Enigma2....which is the best?
    Thanks all...enjoying the forum. :feel_good:

Ok, thanks for your comments. I'm gonna go for the VU+ Duo. Please can anyone tell me or PM me with the best price they have seen and how to spot a real one...not a clone. Thanks again.

Thanks Canford.... do these play Divx, AVI and MKV files on the media player? I need to watch my films on it...the penbox S9 and S10 usually dont have the right audio or video codecs.

Hi all, I have been using a couple of Openbox S9 HD PVR boxes for a year or 2 now and I have enjoyed them...great little boxes. However I am looking to move on up...having flashed the latest firmware including S10 stuff I am frustrated! Mainly I want a box that will play more video files...the openbox plays a few but most of mine it won't...it needs more codec support which isn't happening. With the S10 firmware the channel editor is unusable when you want to edit your favourites. The other thing that annoys me is the lack of EPG on Astra UK...it works well on euro sats but not in the UK.
So...what is the best box to upgrade to do ya reckon? Dreambox, VU...spider...you tell me what you are happy with...especially those that are great media players!
Cheers for a great site :-)
