This problem has been driving me nuts to the point of finally posting :)
I am using the VU Plus plugin for Kodi and it has exceeded my expectations. I have a number of Kodi devices and it has worked flawlessly. I would now like to give my mum access to this plugin from her house so I forwarded port 80 and 8001, the channels were received from the specified bouquet and zapping to a channel also worked great. until...... Zapping to another channel when Openwebif crashes and only a quick reboot via SSH will get things rolling again.
I have a pretty advanced firewall that logs really well (Fortigate) and I can't see anything being blocked so I'm a bit stumped. I have tried an Android TV and Pi her end to rule out the device, both cause the crash when zapping.
I am using OpenVIX and am reluctant to change now I have everything setup so well but I feel this might be my only option? Can you backup everything first, take an image so to speak?
