CCcam doesn`t work on SH4 receivers.. You need to use oscam..

Install the attached softcam feed, then after a reboot, press green button > green button / download plugins > Softcams > download oscam from here..

Send the attached configs to /usr/keys folder..

I thought this might be the case, I am used to dreamboxes and other mips based E2, not spark ones haha

I will give this a try tonight when I go to my friends, and let you know how it goes!

Okay so I went to my friends tonight and tried the packages attached, and it worked a charm.

I had to get my head around the configuration of oscam (Only used to cccam and mgcam). But all is now well and my friend is incredibly happy they can finally watch Sly Deutschland and stream it upstairs, haha

    Thanks a bunch!

    hi guys.

I have a Galaxy Innovation box that is currently on openATV 5.3 (Latest build)

I have installed the Linuxsat Menu so I can install cams and other tools easily and manage them, however when I go to activate the cam after putting in my settings over ftp, the cam activates for not even 3 seconds, then status returns to "cam1 not set...."

i have reflashed the box 3 times, I have tried reinstalling cccam with different versions, 1.3.0 mainly! I even tried MGCamD and Oscam with no hope on those either..., Rebooting upon install too does not help.

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

    Thanks!

yeah its the Alien 2 box. Tried openatv on it before but really preferred the HDMU image ,just cant see why its not picking channels up ,it did on the vix image which I hated though

well well ,seems vm engineer cut the cable from the outside running to my den. Ahole

As per their website Terms, You must have a valid subscription to "Legally" use their network, The engineers have every right to cut the cable if you do not have a valid subscription to their services, be it free or not, it is a closed network.

I too know how much of a pain in the **** Virgin can be at times, I just keep my internet with them and therefore they have no reason to cut my cable (Oh nd the Internet speeds are much better anyway :P )
