With the FTP tool, right click on the DExtra file while its on the receiver and change permissions to 755. Don`t have this image loaded so don`t know where to look for the feed..

Dream Elite Extra URL
Extract the attachment > FTP DExtra to etc folder > assign permissions 755 > restart enigma2 > download softcams from the addons feed.
I did the first part but how do i assign permission 755 and where is the addons feed?

I just bought DM520 and flashed it with Dream Elite image 5.1 But i have no idea how to install the cccam. I downloaded TS Panel 7.0 installed it in DCC, tools, ipkg install but i cant see it anywhere.
In my DM800, when i press the blue button, a menu option comes up with camd option but nothing happens on DM520. I also send tspanel and cccam zip into ftf/tmp folder but dont know what to do next.
Please help me. This is the last step.
