I am not sure what steps you are following but my guess is you don't have all of the build dependencies installed.
You can take a look at this docker container to see how it is built in Alpine.

Hello, I'm trying to understand how Icam works to be able to view sky (de, uk, it):
I understand that with your docker: (Tvheadend+Icam) + Oscam or Ncam + magic server would I have to view these channels?
Yes.
You only need patched TVH and libdvbcsa. Ignore all other stuff Enigma users talk about. Carry on as normal.
For stream relay I believe you do.
hi. im using ncam 13.4 with icam to watch with steamrelay sky de. some channels like warner tv series, universal tv and sky cinema action do not work anymore. how can i fix this. had downloaded the channel list from the thread everything about icam sky etc.
Those channels moved/changed a few days ago.
You need to rescan/change your lists.
I know what you mean about shitty remotes I feel the same way.
It should matter more how the remote feels than the box because its the point of interaction.
Display MoreI use TVheadend with USALS.
Technomate 80cm dish and quad technomate lnb.
Scanning 26E picks up a lot of 28.2E channels.
That is just a poor scan filter, IE a software issue, some of my cheap STB's do the same, the viark 4k and the Combo 4k.
It is annoying but better that than it not finding stuff. E2 blind scan is much better that my other boxes.
The sf8008 has a great tuner, and if it were not for its shitty remote control i would still own one.
Why manufacturers skimp on a remote control is beyond me, at least give an option of a better remote control even if it is another 20 quid. Sadly STB's these days are all about being the cheapest, there is very little high end stuff out there.
Ah OK so likely a TVH issue?
Its not really a problem as such... I use E2 bouquets to map channels so these ones just get ignored.

I was looking at the Inverto lnb that is being recommended.
It says something about "Extremely high Cross Polarization Isolation".
Would this stop my scan on 26E picking up mainly 28.2E channels?
It seems strange that you can only get to 30E. I get much more. I would have thought someone in Italy would get much more than me?
60-80% is what I have. If it works, then it works, numbers do not matter. Someone mentioned earlier that anything above 60 is good.
You can only go to 30E because of obstruction?
DE is working and has been working fine for a while now without this patch and without using stream relay using unmodified OSCAM.
Display MoreNo, if not in the footprint forget about it, there is some stuff on C band i would like to have a play with, really you need a 3m plus dish for that.
i did read about a German bloke that lived in Brazil and built a 20meter concrete dish so he could get German TV... there was pictures of said dish.... if he actually got reception or not is debatable......
Attached is a pic from a guy making his own 5m dish in Nigeria, the concrete in this case is a mould to eventually make a fibreglass dish.
By the shape i assume C band as well.
That's insane. I would have thought they had to be quite precise. I guess after a certain point it doesn't really matter anymore.
OK so if I'm not having any problems then there's no point. S Sport on 42E was fine for me.
There are a few packages past 42E that I cant open but I think that's a server problem. I'm not even sure they can all be shared.
For example there are the Setanta sports channels on 52E that occasionally open, but not always and never reliably.
1.8m seems a bit excessive? Would that allow you to magically receive stuff that you are not even in the footprint of, like African stuff?
I use a 80cm Technomate dish and a quad TM-4.
How do those LNB's mention above compare?
If I'm already getting everything should I even consider replacing mine?
Good to know that anything above 60 is considered good. I thought it was strange that even my fixed sky mini dish was between 60 and 80%.
OK so this is correct for you
If you set these precisely then all should work. If not then there is a problem with your pole or software settings.
I used one of these to set my pole and my angles instead of relying on the markings and spirit levels.
But his manual says
1) You site latitudine 40 elevation angle 50 declination angle 6.3 disk bracket angle 23.7
2) You site latitudine 41 elevation angle 49 declination angle 6.4 disk bracket angle 23.6
But something I wonder... Isn't dish angle calculated by elevation angle - declination angle? Not sure where 23.x comes from?
Display More49.5 elevation. Now you say this your image looks good. Leave it there and never change.
ok, but i have very little low signal on 16e and other satellites. Raising or lowering the dish the signal worsens

Sorry I do not understand sat signal levels. Maybe someone can explain it all?
When I adjusted the dish I used a meter similar to this one and got the signal bar as high as possible. I don't think they were all very high, lots of 60-70% from memory, but it works.
EDIT:
Before you try to line up the sat are you telling the motor to move to 16E?
Is your software settings correct? I am not E2 so I cant help with that part.
I guess that can work. I just trusted the maths, set it and never touched it again. I get everything I believe I should be, then some.
