How use these two different files ?
Oscam shell cannot use 2 binaries simultaneously and You cannot use both in time. Do choose libusb version if You have some usb-reader for TV-cards. If not - do choose standard binary.

No. Oscam.apk is a simple shell for Oscam-emu binary managment. You don't need for any new, newest or very many super newest .apk. Simply use latest binary. That's all.
