No. I can't. Mecool devices have closed source dvb-api drivers. Ask for support your STB manufacturer.

0_0_0_0_2B368_0_544.png
0_0_0 = TV channel
0_0_1 = Radio channel
_0_ (always 0 for dvb-t & dvb-c)
_2B368_ (frequency in hex, f.ex., 177000 for 177MHz)
_544 (SID in hex)

Oscam hasn't clines number limits. I just tried 20 clines in time. All works well.

No. You don't need It. If your STB supports PVU descrambling, all You need is actual PVU keys in Softcam.key file. If not - nothing will help You. Magic config is a simple fake.
