Well I only got Timezone settings in my Blackhole image and I am using the latest version.

Hi!
I want to be able to auto sync time from NTP server when I do a cold reboot of my Vu+ UNO 4K SE. I have tried all of the plugins I can find some of then does sync but lose the correct time after a cold boot.
I installed system time plugin and it all seems to work but if I turn off the power switch on the Vu+ UNO 4K SE it goes back to 1970/01/01 01:00. I want it to auto sync when the box power on how do I fix that? I can see in the plugin app that there is a setting that says Sync NTP cold start but every time I set it to YES and save, it goes back to NO again. My box is brand new and I run the latest Blackhole image on it.
I also tried NTPDate plugin which I have on my Vu+ Ultimo4K but for some reason it wont sync the time at all for me on the Vu+ UNO 4K SE. with that app. -
I don't have an Uno 4K. I just tried a Duo 4K with no tuners for you, it did not boot.
So sorry, my earlier response is wrong.
Thank you very much for your help you saved me a lot of time and confusion. I tried to boot up my old DM800HD SE without tuners yesterday and it booted up fine and could play IPTV streams, but apparently Vu+ boxes do not operate the same way.

Thanks! I am confused, some people say yes it works and some people say no. Have you tested this and can confirm it to 100%?
I plan to be able to customize my channels more, with picons, epg, timeshift and record. It also needs to handle 4k channels. Nvidia Shield can´t do that. I have plenty of android media boxes that can´t handle the encoding of DVB IPTV channels properly. I got an old Dreambox and it plays full HD channels much much better. But my Dreambox does not have enough memory to install plugins/addons that I need.

Does anyone know if Vu+ UNO 4K SE can be used without a tuner? More like start up without a tuner? I am looking to buy Vu+ UNO 4K SE only for IPTV streams and get a better price without tuners since I wont need them. -
I solved the problem by installing again using telenet then install a new version. Everything is working fine now. Thanks for your help!

I installed a older Oscam version and got it to work. However I now want to uninstall it to test if I can get a never one to work with the same config files. But my problem is that I can´t uninstall the Oscam version under addon manager/addon uninstall panel since it is not showing up there. Is there a way to manually uninstall it?

In oscam.conf under [dvbapi] add:
boxtype = dreambox
In oscam.server under [reader] add:
cardmhz = 450
emmcache = 1,3,2,0
auprovid = 000000
Than restart oscam.
I now added those lines and changed the boxtype to Dreambox but still not working. Same error message popps up.

I just bought a Vu+ Ultimo4k, I had a DM800HDse before. When I used Oscam in my Dreambox everyting worked fine.
My Vu+ Ultimo4k has the following things:
Tuner: 2x DVB-C tuners
Firmware version: BlackHole 3.0.3.0 (2017-02-24-master)
Oscam version: 1.20-unstable_svn Build: r11284 Compiler: arm-linux-gnueabihf
Conax card with Caid: 0B00
My problem is that my Oscam wont decode my channels (see Oscam log file). I can watch all channels that is not scrambled but not the ones I need my conax card to watch.

I notice after installing Oscam that there were no added Readers, so I created a reader with tha same settings as it was setup on the Dreambox but that did seem to work. On the Status page of Oscam under Reader and status it says OFF (no entitlements). I attached a screenshot of my Reader settings. Let me know if you need any more information to help me solve the problem.
