Much appreciated..... Your Files are invaluable - I decided to use a different server altogether and this worked . So I presume some of my files were not in order and the server I connected too probably did not support mgcamd softcams...

Same issue here - No HD channels , with the exception of ESPN and Disney. Tried the fixes proposed but no luck. Seems we need a patch to sort this out.
Guys, Finally I've succumbed to seeking help.
I'm running OpenATV 6.0 on Edision OSMini Plus. The problem is although I've been able to install both Sofcams via IPK file, I still cannot get my channels working
Here is what I did... I simply don't know where I'm going wrong.
1. I downloaded both CCcam 2.3.0 and mgcamd_1.38r1 via IPK files from the internet
2a. I went into /usr/keys folder to edit the files there.
2b. when I'm running the mgcamd , I make sure that only newcamd.list (with my CWS: line in it) and mg_cfg (have not touched it after automatically being put there when I installed the mgcamd softcam) are in the /usr/keys folder - This didn't work
2c. so I tried using the CCcam softcam and this time made sure that only CCcam.cfg (with my C: line ) is in the /usr/keys folder
After all this none seem to work. I have checked with my server and confirmed its setup correctly on the server side and so should be working.. but oh dear, been mulling over this with my puppy for 3 days and 3nights in a row and we seem not to be getting it done...
