Why do 2 readers (SoftCam.Key, biss) need to have the same problem?
What's the difference using constcw or emu protocol and the keys in the oscam.keys, SoftCam.Key or in the constant.cw file?

If you have a mips processor box, then try the ncam.mips_2.zip or Ncam-All-Images.zip.
that one ncam arm open source is suitable
I wrote this as well. It was confusing that the ipk is in the OSDreamox-ARM-Open_Source file and the deb is in the all_armhf file, and I waited in reverse, because the deb is used with dreambox.
The ncam.mips_2 file has the same 1.2 MB ncam as the Ncam-All-Images file, but there is no 'mips' in that name.
Probably mylovely1978 also tried a wrong file as I did, so it did not work for him either.
So far I have tried Ncam-All-Images.zip. It has enigma2-plugin-softcams-ncam-all-images_V4.1-r0_all.ipk file, with an 1.2 MB ncam file.
This is not suitable for vu+ 4k.
There is enigma2-plugin-softcams-ncam-all-images-osdreamox-arm-open-source_V4.1-r0_all.ipk
in the Ncam-all-images-OSDreamox-ARM-Open_Source.zip, with an 1.0 MB ncam file. (Version NCAM: 4.1 Build: 20-01-2018) This is work.
There is NCam_all_armhf_V4.1-r0.deb in the NCam_all_armhf.zip, with the same 1.0 MB ncam file.
I changed the 4.0 file to 4.1. It does not start with vu+ 4k.
All right. Thanks.
I found it.
I was really looking forward to. What is OpenPLi for?
If you did not install but copied the ncam file, set the rights to 755.
The old VU+ 4k and ncam 2.9-4.0 for powervu works well with OpenATV and OpenPLi.
That version is good for every arm processor box. I think.
In the ncam.cortexa9hf-vfp-neon.zip file and NCam_all_armhf_V4.-r0.deb also has the same ncam file.
You can unpack it with 7zip manager and copy their content manually, just remember 755 right.
The post #51 applies to oscam. Do you have an up-to-date softcam.key file?
I do not know the sat venus panel, but vu+ 4k works with OpenATV 6.1, 6.2 and OpenPLi 6.1.
Have you installed enigma2-plugin-softcams-ncam-all-images-osdreamox-arm-open-source_V4.0-r0_all.ipk file?

There must be different settings for the AFN package and everything else.
This was discussed in the NCAM V3.9 forum as well.
This setting (in the ncam.services and ncam.server) should have a separate reader for AFN channels and others.
This setting needs AFN channels, but spoils the rest:
cacheex = 1
cacheex_maxhop = 1
cacheex_allow_request = 1

If AFN works, Discovery is not good, so the ncam.services file should be used.
Download tuxbox.rar file from the 77th post. It includes ncam.conf, ncam.server, ncam.services and ncam.user. You can use them as an example to your own box.
You may be able to try older ncams. Ncam 2.9 and 3.7 work on Vu+ 4k box.
I installed ncam 3.7, but it does not start with its own setup file.
The ncam 2.9 file is a bit different and it works with it.
Why does not it work with your own file?
It was my fault. I did not give the 3.7 script 755 rights.
I also have the same situation. I rescanned the AFN channels and rewritten the keys. With ncam there is only sound, with oscam there is no sound.
