Evening guys, hoping someone can help.

I'm a newbie, so forgive me if have posted in the wrong place.

I have a Dream Box 525 with open Atv 6.1 istalled by a good friend, when he showed me the box working at his home it was perfect, with all channels working without any freezing/skipping/jumping. Upon installing it at my home all the channels keep glitching/jumping.

I have checked all my coaxial leads and connection which are fine, I'm running at around 50mbs VM internet and all in all everything looks fine.

Upon monitoring my SNR, it goes no higher than 83% and ounces when the channel skips and jumps to 33% and at times even 0%.

Any help would be truly appreciated, have a great weekend all :D

For some reason my channel list isn't categorised it's just A-Z, I can search auto bouquets but once I do that it still doesn't find Sky Sport Box Office

I have all other channels A-Z but not this one
