Hi using Zgemma star s box and tryed to connect ftp with Filezilla put in ip address the typed in root pressed quickconnect no connection but got this
Status: Connecting to ###.###.#.##:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Status: Insecure server, it does not support FTP over TLS.
New to this
Any ideas please
