what are these "DATA", can i delete them as i make for "RADIO" ?

sometimes, i have some freeze on picture from DVB -T2, i have not that on other tv,

and i think it is very slow to boot, it's very long, a zgemma H9.2H SE is very quick, it's the same cpu and RAM ! i don't understand why,
