I think that loadbalancer and ratelimitecm is probably the only solution. Although, it is not perfect.
The problem is that in the case of shared readers you can't have many requests for one reader (in the settings it showed me a ban for the first time). I'm currently still testing the settings. But it's definitely better than without using loadbalancer and ratelimitecm.

I feel like I solved it. Not 100% but
I set the loadbalancer
lb_mode = 1
lb_save = 100
But that's not the solution.
So I set a limit on ECM for each reader.
ratelimitecm = 1
ecmunique = 1
ratelimittime = 10000
It's not 100% but it loads the readers significantly less. Sometimes it goes exactly according to the parameters, sometimes not.
