I've followed all the steps in this tutorial and the services tvheadend and oscam are running well, but I think there is a concern when tuning DVB-T in France. All the scan fails, no frequency matches.
Previously I had the original ROM from stock, running Mecool KIII pro with Android, and the application dTV worked fine when I tuned DVB-T and DVB-S.
Do you know if there is any specific adjustment to the settings of the adapter, DVB-T network, etc... to make the scan works fine in France?
Do I have to use the basic drivers or the Linux or Cats ones?
I can post the logs debug.txt but there is nothing interesting into it except tha the returned status remains 003 for each frenquenty DVB-T scanned.

Solved! I've re-installed CoreElec this time using the dtb.img by copying the file gxm_q200_k3_pro.dtb instead of gxm_q200_k3_pro_ser.dtb.
It seems my KIII pro has not a serial tuner. Now, the MUX works perfectly and the process ends correctly.
