Update for two Italian hosts ( altadefinizione01.doctor and cb01.uno , cb01.forex).Also you need to add two parsers to urlparser for Mixdrop and Doodstream server in alphabetical order. Host altadefinizione01 for py2 , py3 and host cb01.uno only for py2 images.

On his github official website ( Blindspot76 ) you will find all what you need. Almost everyday is updated something new
about xxx host , new added xxx hosts or fixes for py2 and less for py3 images.
Open page 109 and post #2163 where I explained how to update Blindspot76 e2iplayer in the Telepito host. You also have attached images. Webmedia1 has a new updates for py2 and py3( hosts + xxx ). Since there is no public update anymore, you won't even know if there is any new update or not. Therefore, have its github website saved in your PC. For gamato and xrysoi host you need a parser ( bestvidhd.site ) which you have to add to your urlparser. It is also necessary to fix gamatomovies host.
Since there are a lot of new updates for py2 and py3 (hosts + xxx) in recent days, I don't want to publish here on forum, if Wembedia1 doesn't support it. Please remove your e2iplayer ( Plugins > Remove plugins > Extensions) and install the latest ipk version ( py2 or py3 ).

If you don't have these two pythons in your feeds (python-cfscrape and python-rarfile), you can't install the plugin. Python-cfscrape is fixed in the last version ( rev.9 ) for most images, while python-rarfile was recently added for OpenATV image. Recent fixes of this plugin also need additional pythons that may not have been updated to the latest versions.The same applies to other plugins.
I don't see any problem to download subtitles from opensubtitles.org website and add them to the plugin in the provided place.You don't need to be VIP member for download manually.Out of curiosity, I downloaded The Marvels 2023 (Croatian sub), it doesn't ask for registration.
This host was added dropload.io server. Other two servers , hdvidtv and streamtape it works well. You must add bestvidhd.site
parser in urlparser for open hdvidtv server. Don't try to watch gamatomovies in zadmario version because it will never be fixed.
In Blindspot76 version isn't yet added bestvidhd.site parser.

These hosts only work in the Hungarian version of the Blindspot 76 repo py2.
I changed new domains for some Italian hosts, but only for py2 image (altadef01 it works in py3 also ).
Only altadefinizione , tantifilm , guardaserie and filmpertutti host are found in the Zadmario repo plus cb01 and cb.01.uno in Blindspot76 repo. Only altadef01 host works. For the other three hosts, they need to be fixed, but I doubt that Mario will want to fix them. The Serie-TV section was never added to the cb01.uno host. Host cinemalibero no longer exists, maybe some kind of clone. It's a pity that Maxbambi gave up because he was an "expert" for fixing Italian hosts.Please check if mixdrop link work in cb01.uno host.

I think that your problem is not in the installation of e2iplayer, but something else causes it. The error you get (http error 403: forbidden) can be caused by using a vpn. If it is not up to vpn, you will have to look for a solution elsewhere. Have you tried restarting the router? Do you have the same problem with other plugins?
