If there is no CCCamInfo then CCcam isn`t running. Try the version i attached above (remove old version first ) & E-Panel.
Add CCcam.cfg to /etc

Have you checked CCcamInfo to see if CCcam is actually running ?
Try using a different softcam manager E-Panel
Maybe the image is missing softcam-support. You can also find that at the above link.
Openatv, openblackhole or openvix is a good image to start with.
Try the attached cccam.
i just try it with c+ spain in astra and sky de on astra 19.2 E . the same problem
