got update availabl on line,selected,box downloaded/rebooted,no hdmi output front of box showed ON. downloaded force update file put on usb loaded,box loaded to End,took out usb box now stuck on boot but picture on screen white with amiko logo,nothing works,help please,found recovery details on forum for a mega file,tried to download but file no longer exists so stuck with faulty box,help please

have lost how to install ip suppler onto this box,supplier has tried to give working lin but wont work,,ie portal setting....url,,,,,,,,,,, user name,,,,,,,,, password,,,,,,,,,,, press ok and get ..starts login, and aborts,,,did i need to put somethink else in box updated itself a few weeks ago,and sttill shows old lines expire dates on portals..i still have one line active but a bit off/on channels dropout ,sound dropouts etc help please
using vpn router,also ger box internet going to local ?
